Once you click through to the page with the pdf files, you have some choices.

    You can print the file directly from that page — all files are made for letter size paper

    If you right click on the file it should offer you the option to open the file with your default pdf reader.

    Right clicking may also offer the option to Save As  or download the file , depending on your browser and system.
